3D Model Viewer & Mesh Repair Tool

Local WebGL mesh tool

View, measure, inspect, compare, repair and export STL, OBJ, PLY, glTF, GLB and 3MF meshes locally.

Inspect a 3D model in your browser

Open STL, OBJ, PLY, glTF, GLB or 3MF to view parts, measure surfaces, check topology, compare models and export reviewed geometry.

How to use it

  1. 01

    Open a mesh model

Load one supported local mesh with a format-specific Three.js parser, or start with the generated assembly.

  2. 02

    Inspect and measure

Orbit, section, measure and review parts, dimensions, topology, surface area and volume estimates.

  3. 03

    Compare, repair and export

Overlay a second model, apply bounded cleanup, then export STL, OBJ, a screenshot or evidence report.

Frequently asked questions

Does this support CAD STEP or IGES files?

No. This release handles polygon mesh and glTF scene formats, not B-Rep CAD kernels or manufacturing feature history.

What does mesh repair do?

It removes invalid and degenerate triangles, merges coincident vertices and recomputes normals. It does not fill every hole or guarantee printability.

Are units detected?

Most mesh formats do not reliably encode real-world units. Values are shown in the unit you choose without silently rescaling geometry.

Are models uploaded?

No. Parsing, WebGL rendering, geometry checks and exports occur in this browser.
